ˇˇˇˇ Since its inception, the Company has been pursuing the management policy of ˇ°first quality, advanced technology and timely serviceˇ± to business, devoted to the technology development and application promotion of inverter and induction furnace. As to induction furnace technology, the company pioneered the development of 3 to 5 tons of aluminum frame furnace, 8 to 10 tons melting furnace with stainless steel composite structure and the volume up to 50 tons furnace of cage-Yoke structure. In inverter technologies, the company has pioneered the development of high-voltage power supply, two-plane parallel power supply, 12-pulse rectifier power supply and 24-pulse low harmonic power supply, whose maximum power up to 20,000 kilowatts. these high-power supply are mainly used for melting, but also very suitable for heating large-scale metal billets (steel, copper, aluminum, etc.) and section steel (tubes, plates, belt, stick, etc.).
ˇˇˇˇ In simultaneity with improvement of induction furnace, the company actively keeps finding new sense of application marketing, such as induction holding furnace for liquid steel, holding tundish for CCM, induction coating equipment. On the other hand, the products range is expanded by continuously developing supporting equipments such as hydraulic pump station, closed type cooling tower for power supply, open type cooling tower for furnace. All these products are successfully used throughout the country. The Company has accumulated a great deal of experience for optimum design, production and proper use of induction furnaces. Also we can give reasonable technical suggestions for optimum melting configuration.
ˇˇˇˇ In addition, the Company also develops and produces ultra-sonic IGBT inverters (up to the frequency of 50KHZ) and high-frequency MOSFET inverters (frequency of up to 400KHZ) , which are ideal and advanced for metal heat treatment, and are the optimum alternative for low efficiency vacuum-tube power supply. Induction heating power supply on many occasions is also reasonable choice instead of traditional resistor furnace, gas-fuel furnace and diesel fuel furnace. Induction heating mode has a series advantages such as high reliability, low energy consumption, small size, pollution-free, high heating rate, less burning loss, and so on, especially its' heating rate, heating temperature, heating depth and heating region are very easy to be controlled, so induction heating mode has been very popular in metal heat treatment industry.
